I guess I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. The LEDs are simply on or off based on a counter inside the FPGA.

You may also want to take a look at the schematic. Page 3 should have the information you're looking for.

Oh wow! You got almost +32 dBm out, nice job! I was not able to do that; could be my setup or test equipment though. Please remember to make those GitHub issues (feel free to reference this thread). To modify the source and submit pull requests for eventual incorporation into their master, yes, you will need a GitHub account. However, if you just want to grab the code and make local changes, you do not need a GitHub account.

Yes, that's correct for USB 2.0.

And for what it's worth, the SuperSpeed pins are in that row of 5 pins just above your box. From left to right in your picture: SS_RX_P, SS_RX_M, GND, SS_TX_P, SS_TX_M.

That FPGA version is super old, can you try with the latest version of libbladeRF, FX3 firmware, and FPGA bitstream?

My FM stations are substantially stronger and clearer with my XB200 versus my RTL-SDR. The signal at 162.4 MHz for me looks very similar to yours on the XB-200...about 20 dB above the noise pedestal. The same frequency is about 30 dB above the noise on my RTL-SDR. So yeah, that could be a limitation...

I seem to recall having to edit one or more of the cmake/Modules/Find*.cmake files as well. Glad to hear you figured it out.

Our SDR interfaces with a computer host. You can use any microphone that a computer can use. For software, Gqrx or GNU Radio would work. These are Linux applications.
