Hi anyone know is it any NTSC modulator that will modulate color NTSC signal with Teletext and then output to the I/Q file that I can then transmitt with GNU Radio and BladeRF

There's some example code here. It just outputs a single frame, but it's a good starting point.

I try this one and it works great (but you can only output picture not video)

Do you know is any PAL modulator uvalable that will also make Teletext along with the video and the station name?
