Official bladeRF forum

Hello, just recently aquired a bladerf and i'm reading all the info i can take in order to get the most out of it. I have checked and think that i have everything ok but i'm experimenting some problems using sdr software. In windows, when i'm using the sdrconsole software, it shows the spectrum and frequencies, but could be that at a certain moment when changing frequencies, the spectrum disappears and also sound. I have checked with another computer, but this time in osx, and using gqrx i observe similar behaviour.
Is there something needed before launching this programs?. I know that the fpga is loaded, doing it with bladeRF-cli in osx.
