i have some question

i need to use bladeRF to create a simple RF signal .

below are my specs.

1.carrier frequency :400MHz

2.data rate :100kbps or 10Mbps

there are 2 baseband function blocks in bladeRF's FPGA that i want to do (in Tx)

1. Modulator : DBPSK modulator
2. FIR：pulse shaping filter (SRRC)

my problem is that what i should do first (or SOP) to access FPGA on BladeRF? quartusII??

what should i consider about more?
