bladeRF2.0 xA4 as HAM radio?

Newbee here..
Is it possible to use the bladerRF2.0 xA4 as HAM radio?
I'm thinking of using software like SDR console (or other) to listen and transmitting voice from eg. microphone or soundfiles?
I know the output power isn't that high so Its just a question about its possible and how to do that?
