How to transmit in LF range

Hi,
I bought xb200 + BladeRF
I'm working on a project where I need to relay LF signal.
As a first iteration, I'm catching LF at 1 MHz (BladeRF source), then xlating to 135kHz, then decimating the signal and applying low pass filters. As the sampling rate is reduced due to decimation FIR filters, I'm again applying interpolating filters to bring back the signal to original sample rate (also applying low pass filters). Next, I'm transmitting the signal through BladeRF Sink [BW=1.5] set at center frequency 3MHz.

I'm confused, how the LF signal will be transmitted, when the center frequency is set at 3MHz. I'm not sure whether it's the correct way to do it. I just started understand DSP concepts and then using them in gnuradio.
Appreciate any help!
