Is there a explanation table by which I can load a fw release with a fpga and libbladerf without encountering problems of compatibility?

In general, you'll want to stick with version sets listed on release page on GitHub. These are the tested configurations and are what the developers recommend be packaged together.

The release notes of the FX3 and the FPGA should generally list important notes about compatibility changes.
