Storage Temperature

The datasheet has an operating temperature range of 0-70C. Is there a corresponding non-operating (storage) temperature range specification?
Thanks,
Reese

The storage temperature range is much wider and it's typically only used as a way to guarantee the specifications stated in the datasheet.

To give you an idea, the Cyclone V, AD9361, and CYUSB301x all say -65 C to 150 C. The LMS6002d says -65 C to 125 C. There of course may be smaller components on the board with different ranges, but these are the important ones.

Storage at extreme temperatures may result in reduced lifespan or the product going out of spec in some way versus the datasheet. Ultimately, the end application requirements would dictate how much deviation is acceptable. If you think your device will be stored at extreme temperatures for long periods of time, I recommend testing to determine the impact.

I hope that helps!
