I am able to perform -p command but I am unable to interact with the board.

I get the following error being continuously sent
[ERROR @ host/libraries/libbladeRF/src/backend/usb/nios_access.c:69] Failed to send NIOS II request: File or device I/O failure

The error message [ERROR @ host/libraries/libbladeRF/src/backend/usb/nios_access.c:69] Failed to send NIOS II request: File or device I/O failure suggests that there may be a problem with the USB connection or the firmware on the BladeRF. Please check the following:

USB Connection: Ensure that the BladeRF is properly connected to your computer and that the USB cable is functioning correctly.
Power Supply: Make sure the board is receiving adequate power.
Drivers: Verify that the necessary drivers for BladeRF are installed and up to date.
Firmware: Check if the firmware on the BladeRF is up to date, and consider re-flashing it if necessary.
Permissions: Ensure that you have the appropriate permissions to access the device on your system.
If the issue persists, try restarting your computer and reconnecting the device.

if you're able to run bladeRF-cli -p (which programs the FPGA and firmware), but can't interact with the bladeRF board afterward, you're likely facing a communication or initialization Basketball Bros after flashing.
