Question about ADS-B setup mentioned in blog

I have a question, which may be either really "noob-ish" of me, but what program is pictured under the "What are ADS-B and Mode-S?" heading? My eyes are bad, and I haven't been able enlarge the photo enough to make out the title of the window, any of the menus, or the function buttons. Any information is appreciated.
