Cascading two BT-100 boards for 2.4 GHz operation

I'm planning to cascade two BT-100 boards to get maximum gain around 2442 MHz.
Could you please advise on the following?
- Since the BT-100 has onboard bias-tee circuitry (via FB1/FB3), what is the recommended way to connect the RF output of Stage 1 to the RF input of Stage 2?
- Can I power both boards simultaneously from a single external supply via the J3 headers, or is it safer to power them separately to avoid RF feedback/instability through the power lines?
